My reasons? Pretty much the same as yours. I haven't been on blogger hardly at all lately, and I was thinking about you the other day and wondering how you were. I didn't even know you are pregnant. So, congrats!! And, as always, thank you for being so candid.Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08321594194975182723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8688383708885761511.post-73157793027174719502013-02-28T12:47:33.850-07:002013-02-28T12:47:33.850-07:00You're brave and right and smart to do the wor...You're brave and right and smart to do the work now. Sometimes I totally feel like a lazy schlub with a husband who does all the work and puts forth all the effort. 10 years for us too and there's no denying kids, life, jobs, stress, stress, stress wears you down! Thanks for the book suggestions! And Dr. Laura - even though she is extreme, she was always right. I used to love 10am at my 9-5 desk job because I could listen to her at my desk shell out pearls of wisdom. And it was right about the time the Proper Care and Feeding came out. I didn't read it, but I did get a lot of tidbits of what was in the book. It's probably a good idea for me to pick it up. My poor neglected husband! (3 small kids and a short-fuse...seriously. poor guy!!!!)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15858543043754603289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8688383708885761511.post-9403769345249170542013-02-26T11:20:14.774-07:002013-02-26T11:20:14.774-07:00I really profited from the "Love Languages&qu...I really profited from the "Love Languages" book. It was so amazing to realize that we could be yelling the same thing at the tops of our lungs, but not hear the other one saying it until we tuned into the right station, so to speak.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05629132804649152538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8688383708885761511.post-54813055659019908432013-02-26T08:16:45.123-07:002013-02-26T08:16:45.123-07:00Oh have I ever felt this way. . . obviously you kn...Oh have I ever felt this way. . . obviously you know that. If you're open to recommendations. . . Rabbi Shmuley Boteach has - hands down- some of the most enlightening relationship books out there.

I think I used to blame Jed, and then I blamed myself, and then I tried to fix everything myself, by changing, but that didn't work either. Luckily I have a husband who is willing to make a journey with me, and we work on it every day.

Kaydencehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16421677331999211534noreply@blogger.com
